Jennifer's background spans luxury hospitality, resort communities, multifamily, office, retail, mixed-use, and residential development.
Selected experience includes owner-side leadership for the Waldorf Astoria Deer Valley Hotel & Residences, as well as luxury residential, multifamily, and mixed-use developments throughout Utah. Responsibilities have included entitlements, permitting, design coordination, consultant management, and guiding complex projects from acquisition through construction.
She holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from UC Berkeley.
